XW Pro & SW Series Inverter Compatibility: Fully compatible with Schneider's Conext XW Pro and SW series inverter/charger platforms, enabling seamless system-level integration, coordinated energy dispatch, and centralized monitoring — delivering a complete, unified solution for both grid-tied self-consumption and fully off-grid solar installations.

How It Works

The Conext MPPT 80/100 600V accepts DC power from the PV array across its wide 195–550V operating voltage range, steps it down to the battery bank's charging voltage (16–67VDC), and delivers up to 80A of charge current at up to 95% conversion efficiency. It continuously sweeps the array's IV curve to identify and track the maximum power point in real time, while communicating with connected Schneider inverters and the Insight platform to coordinate system-wide energy management and provide remote access and control.

MPPT Algorithm & Fast Sweep: The controller's MPPT algorithm performs rapid, continuous IV curve sweeps to track the array's maximum power point with precision — dynamically responding to cloud cover, temperature changes, and partial shading to maintain the highest possible energy yield across all real-world operating conditions.

Insight Energy Management Integration: Real-time performance data — including PV input power, battery charge current, state of charge, and system efficiency — is streamed to the Insight Energy Management platform, where it can be accessed and analyzed remotely via web or mobile app, enabling proactive system optimization and fault resolution.

EG4 off-grid base kit, Happy with my purchase.

This is the first stage of my three planned purches. I got the eg4 inverter 6000 XP base kit with six 400 watt panels and the two server rack batteries. Did a little online research and followed the instructions and it got set up without any issues. Right now I'm just running it in my garage on a single outlet and have been running dual 750 watt water distillers with it. Once I get the second inverter and a bunch more panels and batteries, I plan on attaching it to my subpanel in my house that has my lights and outlets and appliances on it. Then I'll get a soft start for my AC and blower and run it on my main panel.
