Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Claims & Return Policy

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Special order items
  • Electrical components that have been installed or used
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Eligible Returns:

  • Unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrectly shipped items

Damaged Goods Policy

In the event that an item arrives damaged, Portlandia Electric Supply will first attempt to provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Exception — Replacement Not Available: In the event of damage, if no suitable replacement is available, the only remedy available to the customer is a refund equal to the value of the damaged unit. Additionally, a waiver on shipping charges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Portlandia Electric Supply.

Damaged goods claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.

How to Initiate a Return or Damage Claim

Contact our team at support@portlandiaelectricsupply.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
