We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for solar panels, generators, batteries, and all electrical equipment.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Unused Condition: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Defective Products: Defective items can be returned within 1 year for replacement or refund.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at (888) 876-0007 or email support@portlandiaelectric.supply
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship the item back using the provided prepaid label (for defective items)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exclusions

  • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • Products modified or altered after delivery
  • Clearance or discontinued items marked as final sale
