The SENEC 445W N-Type TOPCon bifacial solar panel has been engineered for high performance in demanding European conditions. This module uses advanced N-type TOPCon half-cell technology to deliver up to 445 W rated output and a strong 22.3 percent efficiency. The bifacial design uses both the front and rear glass surfaces to harvest additional light and raise total energy yield. With a robust 30 year product warranty and a linear power warranty down to 87.4 percent at year 30, long term reliability is supported. The module is built around 144 half cut monocrystalline cells, low degradation materials, and an anodized black aluminium frame for a premium appearance. This combination makes the panel ideal for residential rooftops, commercial arrays, and design conscious projects where output, durability, and aesthetics must align.
High power density for limited roof space: With 445 W rated output and 22.3 percent efficiency, strong production is delivered from a compact footprint. This helps systems reach target capacity even on small residential or commercial roofs.
Bifacial design for extra yield: The transparent back glass allows light reflecting from bright surfaces to be converted into electricity. This rear side contribution can increase total kilowatt hour output over the module lifetime.

The SENEC 445 bifacial N-type TOPCon solar panel converts sunlight into clean direct current electricity using monocrystalline half cells. When sunlight hits the front glass, photons are absorbed by the N-type silicon cells and free electrons are generated. These electrons flow through the cell structure, creating a stable current that exits through the factory installed MC4 connectors. The bifacial construction also captures light from the rear side, so energy is harvested from both direct sunlight and reflected light from the ground or nearby surfaces. Strings of these modules are typically wired in series to reach the desired DC voltage, then connected to a compatible inverter that converts DC to AC for on site consumption or export. The panel operates reliably across a wide temperature range, and its low degradation profile supports consistent performance over several decades.
N-Type TOPCon half-cell conversion: Each module uses 144 monocrystalline half cells based on N-type TOPCon architecture. This cell structure reduces recombination losses and supports higher efficiency compared with conventional P-type cells. The half cut layout also reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance across the strings.
Bifacial glass glass construction: A dual glass design is used, with 2 mm anti reflection coated tempered glass on the front and 2 mm transparent tempered glass on the rear. Light entering from the back is absorbed by the rear side cell surface, boosting effective energy yield, especially over bright surfaces like light gravel or white membranes. The glass glass build also enhances moisture resistance and fire performance.
System integration and protection: Three bypass diodes inside the IP68 rated junction box protect the string against localised shading and reduce mismatch losses. The module supports system voltages up to 1500 V and a return current of 30 A, allowing long strings and efficient array design. When combined with a suitably rated inverter and mounting system, the panel forms the core of a reliable rooftop or ground mounted solar installation.
