The SS8-72HD-560M operates at up to 1500V system voltage, allowing longer strings and lower balance of system costs. High power density for limited roof space: With 560 Wp and up to 21.68 percent efficiency, each panel produces more energy per square meter. This allows system designers to reach target capacity using fewer modules and less mounting hardware.
Advanced Mono PERC half-cell design: M10 monocrystalline PERC cells are arranged in a 144 half cut layout to reduce internal resistance. This design improves shade tolerance and delivers better performance under real world conditions.
Stable long term performance: The module carries a 12 year product warranty and up to 30 years power warranty with 84.95 percent retained output. Low annual degradation ensures energy yield stays high throughout the system lifetime.
Strong mechanical and environmental resilience: A sturdy anodized aluminium frame, AR coated toughened glass, and IP rated junction box support harsh site conditions. The panel handles high front and rear loads, making it suitable for demanding climates and exposed locations.

The SolarSpace SS8-72HD-560M converts sunlight into usable DC electricity using high efficiency Mono PERC cells. When sunlight strikes the monocrystalline silicon cells, photons transfer energy to electrons and free them from the crystal lattice. These electrons are driven through an internal electric field and then directed through busbars and ribbons to the module leads. The half cell layout divides the panel into upper and lower circuits, cutting resistive losses and improving performance in partial shade. The generated DC power flows through the IP rated junction box, into the DC cabling, and onward to a compatible inverter. The inverter then converts the DC electricity into AC power, which can be consumed on site or exported to the grid. Temperature optimized coefficients and careful circuit design help the panel maintain stable output over a wide operating range.
Mono PERC cell conversion: Each M10 monocrystalline PERC cell uses a passivated rear surface to capture more reflected light. This structure increases carrier lifetime and boosts voltage, raising both power and efficiency under standard test conditions.
Half cell and multi busbar current collection: The 144 half cut cells shorten current paths and reduce resistive heating inside the module. Multiple fine busbars collect current more evenly across each cell, improving performance under shading and lowering mismatch losses.
System integration and protection: Three bypass diodes inside the IP rated junction box protect the module against hot spots during partial shading. Output cables with MC4 compatible connectors provide a secure interface to string wiring, inverters, and safety disconnects.
