Module efficiency reaches up to 22.6 percent, helping more energy be produced from the same footprint. This Alpha TOPCon module range covers 570 to 605 watts, with the 585 watt variant striking a balance between output, size, and handling. A robust 1500V system voltage rating and 25A series fuse support modern high string designs with lower balance of system costs. The panel is built on a corrosion resistant frame engineered for harsh sites, including coastal and industrial zones with heavy salt mist exposure. When sunlight reaches the TSEC TS72-CMH-585 H1 module, its monocrystalline TOPCon cells convert light into direct current electricity. The 144 half cells are wired in an optimized configuration that balances high voltage with stable current, giving 44.31 volts and 13.21 amps at maximum power under standard test conditions. The generated DC power flows through the integrated IP68 junction box and pre attached 1500 millimeter cables toward a compatible inverter or charge controller. There, DC current is converted into usable AC power for facilities or for export to the grid. Carefully controlled temperature behavior, low light sensitivity, and minimized degradation help the panel support consistent energy yield across long operating lifetimes in real world environments.
High efficiency N-Type TOPCon cells: Each cell uses N-type silicon and TOPCon passivated contacts to capture more photons and reduce recombination losses. This architecture also lowers or eliminates typical light induced degradation, so output remains closer to the original factory rating over time.
Half cell layout and electrical design: The 144 half-cell format reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance compared with full cell modules. Three bypass diodes inside the IP68 junction box help current bypass shaded cell groups, which supports stable string performance in partial shading situations.
System integration up to 1500V: With a maximum system voltage of 1500 volts, long series strings can be built to reduce cable runs and combiner hardware.
