The TSEC TS72-CMH-590 H1 590W TOPCon Monocrystalline Solar Panel is engineered for projects that demand high power density and long term reliability. It uses advanced N type TOPCon cell technology to deliver impressive module efficiencies up to 22.8 percent. This helps sites maximize output when roof or ground space is limited. The 144 half cell layout, low temperature coefficients and strong mechanical design support stable production in a wide range of climates. A competitive 12 year product warranty is paired with a 30 year performance warranty. Degradation is tightly controlled, with 91.4 percent power guaranteed at year twenty and 87.4 percent at year thirty. This module is suitable for commercial rooftops, industrial systems and utility scale solar farms where bankable performance matters.
High power in a compact footprint: Each module provides up to 590 watts of output while maintaining a slim 2278 by 1134 millimeter format. This increases system capacity without requiring additional mounting space.
Advanced TOPCon cell efficiency: N type TOPCon cells deliver conversion efficiencies between 22.1 and 23.4 percent across the series. Better low light response and lower LCOE are achieved compared with conventional P type modules.
Excellent temperature performance: A low Pmax temperature coefficient of minus 0.29 percent per degree Celsius helps preserve output on hot days. Stable generation is maintained even in harsh summer conditions.

This module converts sunlight into electricity using high efficiency N type TOPCon monocrystalline solar cells. Incoming photons strike the 182 millimeter cells and release electrons within the crystalline silicon structure. The cell architecture guides these electrons into an electric circuit, producing direct current power at the module terminals. Half cell design reduces resistive losses and mitigates shading impact, so more usable energy is harvested during real world operation. At standard test conditions the TS72-CMH-590 H1 delivers 590 watts, with a maximum power voltage of 44.49 volts and a maximum power current of 13.27 amperes. Integrated bypass diodes protect strings from energy losses caused by localized shading. The generated DC power can then be routed to string inverters, central inverters or hybrid inverters that match the 1500 volt system design.
N-Type TOPCon cell architecture: The module uses N type TOPCon monocrystalline cells, which feature a passivated contact structure. This design reduces recombination losses and improves carrier collection, especially under weak illumination. As a result, output stays more stable through mornings, evenings and cloudy conditions.
144 half cell layout and stringing: Cells are arranged as 144 half cut devices in a 6 by 24 configuration. Half cell strings operate at lower current, which minimizes resistive power loss and improves shade tolerance. This layout also helps reduce hotspots and enhances overall reliability.
Module protection and system integration: A multi layer stack of PV coated glass, low WVTR encapsulant film and a durable backsheet protects the cells. The IP68 rated junction box houses three bypass diodes that limit power loss when sections are shaded. Factory fitted 1500 millimeter cables and EVO 2 compatible connectors simplify integration into high voltage arrays.
