Each module uses 144 monocrystalline half-cells based on 182 mm wafers for reliable performance. The panel has been engineered for ground mounts, commercial rooftops and large solar plants. With a maximum system voltage of 1500 V, it integrates easily into modern high voltage arrays. The module’s low temperature coefficients help maintain strong output in hot climates. This TSEC TOPCon module converts sunlight into DC power through high efficiency N-Type monocrystalline cells. When irradiance hits the 182 mm solar cells, electron movement creates current within each half cell. The cells are wired into 144 half cell strings, which raise voltage while keeping currents manageable. At standard test conditions the TS72-CMH-595 H1 delivers 595 Wp at 44.66 V and 13.33 A. The module connects to a string inverter or DC optimizers using EVO 2 compatible connectors. A maximum system voltage of 1500 V allows long strings, which reduces BOS costs in large fields. Integrated bypass diodes protect against local shading and minimize mismatch losses on the string. The low temperature coefficient and improved low light response increase annual energy harvest. Over decades, degradation is limited by N-Type cell characteristics and controlled encapsulation materials. This ensures that power stays within the defined 20 and 30 year warranty levels for dependable production.
N-Type TOPCon cell operation: N-Type TOPCon cells use a passivated contact structure to reduce recombination losses. This design increases voltage and maintains efficiency better than conventional PERC cells over time.
Half-cell string layout: The 144 half cells are divided into multiple sub strings bridged by bypass diodes. This layout lowers resistive losses, improves shade tolerance and keeps module temperatures more uniform.
System integration and safety: A Class II, IP68 junction box houses three bypass diodes for electrical protection. Long 1500 mm cables with 4 mm² conductors make safe, low loss connections to array wiring and inverters.
