It fits utility scale plants, commercial rooftops, and demanding industrial systems where every square meter must work harder. The module is engineered with 144 half cut monocrystalline cells and a durable black frame for a sleek visual finish. A robust IP68 junction box, 1500 volt system rating, and strong mechanical load performance support reliable operation in harsh climates. This TSEC TOPCon monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into DC power through 144 high efficiency cells wired in a half cut layout. Each cell is engineered with N-Type TOPCon technology that reduces recombination losses and supports strong output at high irradiance. When the module is exposed to sunlight, photons are absorbed in the 182 millimeter monocrystalline cells to generate a flow of electrons. These electrons are collected by the cell busbars and routed through the laminated encapsulant, PV glass, and internal wiring. Current then passes through the three bypass diodes in the junction box, which protect against hot spots in shaded conditions. The generated DC power exits through the factory fitted cables and connectors, ready to feed string inverters or DC optimizers within a 1500 volt system design.
N-Type TOPCon cell conversion: The module uses N-Type TOPCon cells to boost efficiency and stability over time. A tunnel oxide passivated contact structure guides more electrons into the circuit instead of letting them recombine as heat. This design supports higher power density and excellent performance under high irradiance or elevated temperatures.
Half cut 144 cell layout: The 144 cell format divides standard cells into halves to reduce resistive losses and improve shade tolerance. Each half string operates at lower current, which cuts internal heating and improves reliability of soldered connections. When partial shading occurs, the layout and bypass diodes work together to limit power loss across the module.
Durable encapsulation and protection: PV coated glass on the front protects the cells while maximizing light transmission. A low WVTR encapsulant and backsheet keep moisture out, supporting electrical insulation and long term performance. The IP68 rated junction box with EVO 2 compatible connectors ensures secure cable sealing and trouble free field connections.
