This Waaree bifacial Mono PERC module converts sunlight into usable electrical energy using advanced monocrystalline cells. When light strikes the front glass, photons are absorbed by the PERC cell structure. Electrons become energized and flow through the cell circuitry to create direct current power. At the same time, the transparent rear glass allows reflected and diffuse light to reach the backside cells. The module harnesses this additional irradiance to increase total energy production. Electrical output is delivered through the IP68 junction box and MC4 compatible connectors into the string and onward to the inverter. The inverter then changes direct current into grid compatible alternating current for homes, businesses, or utility networks. Carefully selected materials and optimized thermal characteristics ensure that this process remains efficient across changing temperatures and weather. Over its long service life, the panel is designed to keep converting solar energy into reliable, low carbon electricity with minimal performance loss.
Mono PERC half cut cell conversion: Each 182 by 182 millimeter monocrystalline PERC cell uses a passivated rear surface to reflect unabsorbed light back into the silicon. The cells are divided into half cut formats, which lowers current in each path and reduces resistive power losses during operation.
Bifacial dual glass energy gain: The module features transparent glass on both the front and back with bifacial cells embedded between. The front side captures direct sunlight, while the rear side captures albedo from ground surfaces, roofs, or surrounding structures.
