The AIKO AIKO-A645-MAE72Mw 645W N-Type ABC monocrystalline solar panel is engineered for projects where every watt matters. This AIKO panel uses 144 N type ABC cells combined with a high quality tempered glass front and anodized aluminium frame. The robust design supports high mechanical loading, allowing confident use in harsh climates with snow or wind exposure. A low temperature coefficient keeps power loss under control in hot weather conditions. The 1500V system voltage rating and 25A series fuse rating simplify string design on larger systems. Over three decades, the linear performance warranty and very low annual degradation support stable, predictable energy yields and lower levelised cost of electricity.
High power density per module: Each panel delivers up to 645 watts under standard test conditions. This output reduces required module count and BOS components for medium and large installations.
Exceptional module efficiency: Module efficiency reaches about 25 percent, so more energy is harvested from limited roof areas. Installers can unlock higher system capacity without expanding the array footprint.
Advanced N-type ABC back contact technology: Back contact cells reduce shading from busbars and improve current collection. N type wafers provide better resistance to light induced degradation over the life of the panel.
Long term power stability: First year degradation is limited to around one percent, then just 0.35 percent per year. After 25 years, at least 90.6 percent output is guaranteed, and 88.85 percent is maintained at 30 years.
Strong mechanical and environmental durability: The module features 3.2 mm tempered glass, IP68 junction box, and IEC Class C fire rating. High static load performance and hail resistance help ensure reliability in demanding site conditions.

The AIKO AIKO-A645-MAE72Mw solar panel converts sunlight into DC electricity using advanced N type ABC back contact cells. When light strikes the monocrystalline cells, energy is absorbed and electron flow is created within the semiconductor material. Because all busbars are located on the rear of each cell, the front surface stays highly active and can capture more incoming light. This architecture reduces resistive losses and improves overall module efficiency. The assembled cells are laminated under tempered glass and a durable backsheet, then framed with anodized aluminium for structural support. Integrated connectors and cables allow each module to be wired into strings that feed an inverter, which converts DC output to AC power for site loads or export to the grid.
N-Type ABC back contact photovoltaic conversion: N type wafers exhibit lower susceptibility to light and temperature induced ageing, so cell performance remains stable for decades. The ABC back contact design moves electrical contacts to the rear, which minimises shading of the active cell surface and enhances current flow. As a result, more of the captured light is converted into usable electrical energy, supporting high efficiency at the module level.
Thermal behavior and temperature coefficients: The panel uses carefully engineered cell processing and materials to control temperature related losses. A Pmax temperature coefficient of around minus 0.26 percent per degree Celsius limits output drop during hot midday conditions. The Voc coefficient of minus 0.22 percent per degree Celsius and Isc coefficient of plus 0.05 percent per degree Celsius maintain stable operating points for inverters as module temperature changes.
Module integration within a PV system: Each AIKO module is connected to others in series strings using MC4 compatible connectors and 4 mm² cables. Strings are then combined in parallel to match inverter input requirements and the 1500V system limit. The IP68 junction box and three bypass diodes manage current flow around shaded areas and protect the cells. Downstream, string inverters or central inverters transform the DC power into AC electricity, which can be consumed on site or exported through a grid connection.
