A075F123 | PowerCommand 40-11 | 125A 3-Pole | Non-Service Entrance | 208V System Voltage
The Cummins OTEC 125 Amp NSE (Non-Service Entrance) 208V 3-phase Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) ensures reliable power for commercial and light industrial sites. This robust unit automatically shifts from utility power to generator power during outages, preventing critical system failures. Its 125 Amp capacity supports medium-scale electrical loads effectively. The 208V 3-phase design enables balanced energy distribution across three legs. The Non-Service Entrance rating allows flexible installation in systems without service entrance requirements. A compact design simplifies integration with existing backup generators. UL listing guarantees safety and operational reliability for long-term use.
Seamless Power Transfer: Automatic switching ensures uninterrupted operation during utility power failures.
Medium-Scale Capacity: The 125 Amp rating perfectly suits commercial and light industrial electrical systems.
Flexible Installation: Non-Service Entrance rating allows use in diverse setups without service entrance capabilities.
Outdoor Durability: NEMA 3R enclosure protects internal components against rain and wind outdoors.
Advanced Monitoring: PowerCommand 40-11 control offers LCD display for real-time system status monitoring.
The Cummins OTEC ATS continuously monitors both utility and generator power sources. When utility power fails, the controller signals the generator to start immediately. Once the generator reaches stable voltage, the switch transfers the load automatically. This open-transition process ensures a break-before-make sequence to prevent source overlap. The system returns to utility power once normal voltage is restored and stable.
Source Monitoring: The microprocessor senses voltage, phase rotation, and frequency on both power sources constantly.
Automatic Transfer Action: A bi-directional linear actuator moves contacts smoothly without complex gears or friction.
Return to Utility: After utility power stabilizes, the switch re-transfers the load back to the primary source.
