The ERA Solar ERA Pro-72HC580M N-Type TOPCon monofacial module is engineered for commercial rooftops, ground mounts, and high performance C&I arrays. This 580 watt solar panel pairs advanced N-Type TOPCon cell technology with a 144 half cut cell layout to deliver strong output in a compact footprint. Module efficiency reaches 21.9 percent at standard test conditions, helping more power fit on every project. The panel is built around low iron tempered glass, a durable white TPT backsheet, and a robust aluminum frame for long field life. With a maximum system voltage of 1500 volts and a positive power tolerance up to plus 5 watts, it supports modern string designs with stable, predictable yield. A 15 year product warranty and 30 year linear power warranty, including only 0.42 percent annual degradation, provide long term investment security.
High power density: Each module delivers 580 watts with 21.9 percent efficiency. More energy is produced per square meter, which allows higher capacity on constrained roofs and sites.
Advanced N-Type TOPCon cells: N-Type TOPCon cells offer reduced light induced degradation and better temperature behavior compared with standard PERC cells. This supports stable performance over decades in harsh environments.
Half cut multi busbar design: The 144 half cut cell layout lowers internal current and resistive losses for higher real world output. Multi busbar contacts improve current collection and increase mechanical resilience.
Reliable long term performance: The linear warranty guarantees at least 87.4 percent of initial power after 30 years. First year degradation is kept below 1 percent, followed by only 0.4 percent per year from year two to thirty.
Robust construction for demanding sites: The module withstands 5400 pascal snow loads and 2400 pascal wind loads on both front and back. Tempered glass, a proven backsheet, and an IP68 junction box support reliable operation in varied climates.
Sunlight strikes the ERA Pro-72HC580M solar panel and is absorbed by its N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline cells. These cells convert the light into direct current electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The half cut architecture reduces internal current in each cell string, which lowers resistive loss and boosts usable output. Multi busbar contacts collect the generated current efficiently and route it through the laminated cell strings. Power flows to the IP68 rated junction box and then out through the module leads to the system inverter. The inverter converts the direct current into alternating current for building loads or export to the grid. Over its lifetime the panel maintains strong output thanks to low temperature coefficients and very slow degradation, which helps keep system yields high.
N-Type TOPCon cell conversion: N-Type TOPCon cells use a passivated contact structure to reduce recombination losses at the rear surface. This design improves conversion efficiency and reduces sensitivity to high operating temperatures. Because N-Type wafers are less affected by light induced degradation, more of the initial factory power remains available over time.
Half cut, multi busbar layout: The panel uses 144 half cut cells arranged in two symmetrical sections. Current in each cell is halved, which cuts resistive loss and supports higher string lengths at good efficiency. Multiple thin busbars on each cell shorten the path for electrons and increase shade tolerance, improving performance in real site conditions.
Optimized module construction: Low iron tempered glass on the front increases light transmission while protecting the cells from impact and weather. A white TPT backsheet enhances reflection back into the cells, giving a small boost to energy yield. The aluminum frame and tested load ratings allow secure mounting for rooftop and ground structures under snow and wind loads.
