The ERA Solar ERA Pro-72HC590M N-Type TOPCon solar panel delivers up to 590 W of high efficiency power in a slim, installation friendly format. This advanced monocrystalline module uses 144 half-cut N-Type TOPCon cells to achieve a module efficiency of 22.28% under standard test conditions. It has been engineered for utility scale fields, commercial rooftops, and space constrained residential systems that require maximum output per square meter. With a transparent backsheet and lightweight 30 mm frame, handling and mounting are simplified while balance of system costs can be reduced. A linear 30 year power warranty and 15 year product warranty support long term energy yield and bankability. Thanks to low light optimization, robust mechanical loading and optimized temperature coefficients, this panel performs reliably in diverse climates and demanding project conditions.
High power density for constrained roofs: With 590 W of rated output and 22.28% efficiency, this module maximizes energy on limited roof or ground space. The compact footprint of 2278 x 1134 mm allows higher kW per array area and helps reduce mounting hardware per watt installed.
Reliable long term performance: N-Type TOPCon cells deliver lower degradation, with less than 1% loss in year one and only 0.4% per year from year two to year thirty. This results in 87.4% guaranteed output at year thirty, supporting strong lifetime energy yield and improved project returns.
Optimized for harsh environments: The panel uses 3.2 mm low iron tempered glass and a durable white TPT backsheet to withstand snow loads up to 5400 Pa and wind loads up to 2400 Pa. Corrosion resistant materials and strict IEC testing help ensure stable output in coastal, desert, or humid conditions.

The ERA Solar ERA Pro-72HC590M converts sunlight into clean DC power using high efficiency N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline cells. Each of the 144 half-cut cells is wired in an optimized multi busbar layout that reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance. When irradiance hits the low iron tempered glass, light is transmitted efficiently to the cell surface where photons are absorbed and converted into electrical current. The half cut design halves the current in each cell string, which reduces internal heating and increases real world module efficiency. Integrated bypass diodes in the IP68 junction box help protect against localized shading and ensure stable energy delivery to the inverter. The generated DC power is then routed through the 4 mm² cables to your string inverter or hybrid inverter, where it is converted into usable AC energy for onsite loads or export to the grid.
N-Type TOPCon cell architecture: The panel uses N-Type doped silicon cells with Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact technology to minimize recombination losses. This structure supports higher efficiency and reduces light induced degradation compared with conventional P-Type cells.
Half-cut and multi busbar layout: Cells are cut into halves and arranged in two electrically independent halves across the module. This configuration lowers series resistance and improves energy yield under partial shading, because one half can continue operating when the other is shaded.
Thermal and low light optimization: Carefully engineered temperature coefficients keep power losses modest as cell temperature rises under strong sun. Anti reflective glass and surface texturing improve light capture during overcast conditions and at higher incidence angles, creating a wider energy production window.
