How long does it take to get a quote?
A specialist replies within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Most equipment-list requests come back same day; larger system designs can take the full business day.
Is there a minimum order or a fee for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no minimum order for a quote request — from a single pallet of panels to a full commercial BOM.
How is freight handled and priced?
Orders ship from our Louisville, KY warehouse. Pallet and LTL freight is priced to your delivery ZIP and itemized on the quote itself — the number you see is the number you pay. Typical transit is about 3–6 business days depending on distance, plus 2–4 days freight handling on pallet orders.
How long is my quoted price valid?
Equipment pricing is locked for 7 days from the issue date printed on your quote. Your quote reference (PES-Q-...) and expiry date are on the confirmation — mention them when you call or reply.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes — net-30 terms are available for approved accounts. Note it on your quote request or mention it when we reply and we'll start the approval with your quote.
