Order ahead, skip the freight bill, and load out same day. Will-call pickup is available for contractors and homeowners in the Portland metro area.
How will-call works
- Place your order. Build your cart online — or use Quick Order to paste SKUs — and check out. Need a quote first? Call (888) 876-0007.
- Schedule your pickup window. Call (888) 876-0007 or email [email protected] to schedule will-call. Our team is available weekdays 7 AM–9 PM EST.
- We stage your order. Your material is pulled, palletized or bundled, and staged at the will-call dock before you arrive.
- Load out. Check in with your order number, we help you load, and you’re back on the job.
What to bring
- Your order number or order-confirmation email
- A photo ID matching the order or company account
- A vehicle sized for the load — panels and palletized freight need a truck or trailer
- Straps or tie-downs to secure material for the road

- Call ahead for palletized or oversized orders so we can have a forklift slot ready

Will-call vs. freight: keep the freight money on the job
Palletized solar and electrical equipment ships LTL, and LTL freight adds real cost to every order — plus transit days, liftgate fees, and delivery-window waiting. If your crew is within driving distance, will-call pickup eliminates the freight charge entirely and puts the material on your truck the same day you need it.
