How It Works
This solar panel converts sunlight into usable electricity through the photovoltaic effect. When photons strike the polycrystalline silicon cells, they excite electrons to create an electric current. The internal circuitry captures this current and directs it through the connected cables to your system. The bypass diodes prevent power loss if some cells are shaded or damaged. The encapsulant EVA layer bonds the cells securely to the glass and frame. This design ensures efficient energy generation even under varying light conditions. The temperature coefficients minimize power loss as the panel heats up during operation.
Photovoltaic Conversion: Sunlight hits the 48 polycrystalline cells, exciting electrons to generate direct current electricity. This process occurs efficiently even in low-light conditions.
