How It Works
The Brandoni Solare BRP6348064TF-175 Polycrystalline Monofacial Solar Panel converts sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. When photons from sunlight strike the polycrystalline silicon cells, they excite electrons within the material. These excited electrons flow through the internal circuit to generate direct current electricity. The panel is designed to maximize energy capture even under standard test conditions of 1000 W/m2 irradiance. Its monofacial design ensures that energy is collected from the front side only, optimizing light absorption for residential use. The anodized aluminum frame protects the internal components while providing structural support for mounting systems.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons hit the polycrystalline cells and transfer energy to silicon atoms. This energy release causes electrons to break free and start moving through the cell.
