How It Works
The CBC CBC-190C solar panel converts sunlight directly into usable electricity through the photovoltaic effect. Sunlight photons strike the 72 monocrystalline cells embedded within the panel structure. These photons release electrons from the silicon atoms inside each cell. The released electrons flow through an internal circuit to generate direct current electricity. This current is then collected by the busbars and transmitted via the output cables. The encapsulant type EVA protects the cells from moisture and physical damage effectively. The TPT back cover provides insulation and structural integrity against environmental stress.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons strike the monocrystalline silicon cells to release energy. This process initiates the flow of electrons within the semiconductor material.
Electron Flow: Released electrons move through the internal circuit to create electric current. Busbars collect this current and direct it toward the output terminals.
Energy Transmission: Generated electricity exits through the 4mm² cable cross-section for system use. The 900mm cable length ensures flexible connection to inverters or batteries.
