How It Works
The DCH-X1/72-545(R) panel converts sunlight into electricity through advanced photovoltaic processes. Its monocrystalline PERC cells capture photons more efficiently than standard silicon cells. The half-cell design splits each cell into two, reducing internal resistance and thermal losses. This configuration allows for better performance in partial shading and low-light scenarios. The bifacial nature of the cells enables energy capture from both front and rear sides, increasing total yield. Integrated 10BB technology further optimizes current collection across the module surface. The entire system operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring stability in diverse climates.
PERC Cell Technology: Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell technology adds a reflective layer to the back of the cell. This layer reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell, increasing photon absorption and overall efficiency.
Half-Cell Design: Splitting cells reduces the current flowing through each half by 50%. This reduction lowers resistive losses and heat generation, improving power output and long-term reliability.
