How It Works
The FGET 450W panel converts sunlight into electricity using photovoltaic principles. Sunlight photons strike the monocrystalline cells to release electrons and create current flow. The PERC layer captures more light energy to increase overall conversion efficiency. This current flows through the junction box to the MC4 connectors for system use. The tempered glass protects cells while allowing maximum light transmission into the module. The anodized frame provides structural support and resists corrosion from environmental exposure.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons hit the silicon cells to release electrons and generate electric current. This process starts the energy conversion cycle immediately upon exposure to light.
PERC Enhancement: The Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell layer captures reflected light for higher output. This technology boosts efficiency by reducing electron loss at the rear surface effectively.
Current Collection: Generated electrons flow through internal busbars to the junction box and connectors. The MC4 connectors then transmit this power safely to the external solar array.
