How It Works
The Navitas Bonito NSM585-156 converts sunlight into electricity using advanced photovoltaic principles. Sunlight hits the Mono PERC half-cut cells, exciting electrons to create current. The PERC layer reflects unused light back into the cell, increasing absorption. This process significantly boosts overall energy conversion efficiency compared to standard panels. The half-cut design splits each cell into two, reducing internal resistance. This lowers heat generation and improves performance under partial shading conditions. The system operates efficiently across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Integrated bypass diodes prevent power loss if specific cells are shaded. The junction box safely connects the generated power to the external grid.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons strike the silicon cells, releasing electrons to generate direct current. The PERC layer ensures minimal light is wasted during this process.
