Sunlight photons strike the monocrystalline silicon cells, exciting electrons to generate direct current. The PERC technology adds a rear passivation layer that captures unused light and reduces energy loss. This design significantly improves the overall efficiency of the solar module compared to standard panels. The half-cut cell configuration splits each cell into two parts, lowering internal resistance and heat generation. This mechanism allows the panel to perform better even when parts of the surface are shaded. The system operates efficiently across extreme temperatures, maintaining stable output in diverse climates. The junction box safely collects the generated current and routes it through MC4 compatible connectors. Three bypass diodes within the box prevent reverse current flow during shading events.
