How It Works
This solar panel converts sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect using monocrystalline silicon cells. When photons strike the cell surface, they excite electrons to create a flow of direct current. The PERC layer on the rear side reflects unused light back into the cell for additional absorption. This process significantly increases the overall efficiency compared to standard mono panels. The half-cut design splits each cell to lower current and reduce heat generation. This design ensures stable power output even when the panel is partially shaded or in low light. The junction box collects the current and protects the internal circuitry with three diodes.
