How It Works
The Tenka Solar TKA440M-108 converts sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. Sunlight photons strike the 108 monocrystalline silicon cells embedded within the panel. These photons release electrons from the silicon atoms, creating an electric current. The TOPCon technology on the cell surface minimizes electron recombination losses. This process ensures that more released electrons contribute to the usable power output. The anti-reflection coating allows maximum light penetration into the cell structure. The generated direct current flows through the 4mm² copper cables to the inverter. The inverter then converts this DC power into usable AC power for your home. This efficient conversion chain maximizes the energy yield from every square meter of sunlight.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons penetrate the tempered glass and hit the silicon cells. This impact releases electrons from their atomic bonds to start current flow.
