How It Works
This solar panel converts sunlight into electricity using 120 monocrystalline TOPCon cells. Each cell utilizes an 182mm silicon wafer to capture photons efficiently. The N-type technology reduces electron recombination for higher voltage output. The panel maintains performance even under low-light conditions or high temperatures. A protective glass front and backsheet shield the internal components from environmental damage. The junction box with three bypass diodes ensures safe current flow during shading. This system supports a 1500V maximum voltage for scalable grid connections.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight hits the TOPCon cells, releasing electrons to generate direct current electricity. The 182mm cell size optimizes this photon capture process.
Voltage Regulation: Bypass diodes in the junction box manage current flow during partial shading. This prevents power loss and protects the entire module from damage.
Temperature Stability: The TOPCon layer reduces thermal degradation, maintaining output at 45°C. This ensures consistent power even in hot operating environments.
