How It Works
This solar panel converts sunlight into usable electricity through its advanced photovoltaic cell structure. The M10 monocrystalline cells absorb photons from solar radiation. These photons excite electrons within the silicon material, creating an electric current. The PERC layer on the back of the cells reflects unabsorbed light. This reflection increases the light path and enhances overall energy conversion efficiency. The multi-busbar technology reduces electrical resistance within the cell. This design minimizes heat generation and improves power output performance. The junction box collects the generated current and protects it with bypass diodes. These diodes prevent power loss if part of the panel is shaded. The system ensures stable energy delivery to your connected inverter or grid.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons strike the 132 M10 cells, exciting electrons to generate direct current electricity. This process initiates the energy conversion cycle within the silicon structure.
PERC Efficiency Boost: The Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell layer reflects unused light back into the cell. This increases light absorption and significantly improves the module's conversion efficiency.
Current Collection: Bypass diodes in the IP68 junction box manage current flow and protect against shading losses. The 4mm² cable then transmits the collected power to the system.
