How It Works

The ZNShine ZXM7-SHDB144-550 captures sunlight on both its front and rear surfaces. Mono PERC half-cut cells convert solar irradiance into electricity with high efficiency on the front, while the bifacial rear absorbs reflected light from the ground or mounting surface to boost overall output.

Mono PERC Cell Technology: A passivated emitter and rear cell (PERC) design improves rear-surface light reflection and reduces electron recombination, increasing both efficiency and low-light performance.

144 Half-Cut Cells & 10 Busbars: Cells are laser-cut in half to lower internal current and resistive losses, while 10 busbars distribute current more evenly — improving shade tolerance and overall module efficiency.

Bifacial Energy Gain: The transparent rear side captures albedo light reflected from rooftops, ground, or trackers, adding meaningful incremental yield on top of the 550 W front-side rating.

EG4 off-grid base kit, Happy with my purchase.

This is the first stage of my three planned purches. I got the eg4 inverter 6000 XP base kit with six 400 watt panels and the two server rack batteries. Did a little online research and followed the instructions and it got set up without any issues. Right now I'm just running it in my garage on a single outlet and have been running dual 750 watt water distillers with it. Once I get the second inverter and a bunch more panels and batteries, I plan on attaching it to my subpanel in my house that has my lights and outlets and appliances on it. Then I'll get a soft start for my AC and blower and run it on my main panel.
