The panel uses 108 half cut cells based on large 210 x 105 mm wafers for strong current output and reliable performance. Self cleaning, anti reflection glass improves light capture and reduces soiling losses over time. The module operates safely from -40°C to +85°C with a robust 1500V system rating and IP68 junction box. A low annual degradation rate of around 0.42% supports long term output with 93.4% power guaranteed at 12 years. The CW Enerji CWT565-108TNB12 converts sunlight into direct current electricity using advanced N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells. Each of the 108 half cut cells absorbs photons on the front side and, thanks to the bifacial structure, also on the rear side where reflected light is present. The cell matrix is interconnected with multi busbar technology that reduces resistive losses and maintains strong current flow. At standard test conditions the module delivers 565 Wp at a maximum power voltage of 32.8 V and a current of 17.23 A. An open circuit voltage of 38 V and short circuit current of 18.33 A are reached under the same reference conditions. Power is routed through an IP68 junction box with robust cabling to the inverter, where DC power is converted into usable AC electricity. The module remains efficient in temperatures from -40°C up to 85°C, supported by low temperature coefficients for Pmax, Voc and Isc. Over its lifetime, degradation remains tightly controlled, enabling reliable long term performance in residential, commercial and utility systems.
N-Type TOPCon cell architecture: N-type TOPCon cells use a passivated contact structure that reduces electron recombination and resistive losses. This design improves conversion efficiency and maintains stronger performance under high irradiance and elevated temperature conditions.
Bifacial energy capture: The transparent back side enables light to reach the rear of the cells where additional electricity is generated. When mounted above bright or reflective surfaces, the rear side can significantly increase total kilowatt hour production.
Half cut cell and multi busbar design: Half cut cells reduce internal resistance by dividing the current path, which lowers thermal losses and increases efficiency. Multi busbar interconnections improve current collection and enhance shade tolerance across the module surface.
