How It Works

This CW Enerji TOPCon N-type monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into usable electrical power through its 156 high efficiency cells. Each N-type cell uses a tunnel oxide passivated contact structure that captures more photons and reduces electron loss. When sunlight hits the 182 by 91 millimeter cells, direct current is generated and routed through the sixteen busbars. The half cut cell layout lowers operating current in each cell string, reducing resistive losses and improving shade tolerance. Electricity flows to the IP68 rated junction box, where bypass diodes protect against hot spots caused by partial shading. From the junction box, output cables deliver stable DC power to the connected inverter or charge controller. The anti reflection glass and self cleaning surface help maintain consistent energy harvest by keeping more light on the cells over the panel lifetime.

N-Type TOPCon cell architecture: N-type wafers and tunnel oxide passivated contacts limit recombination losses inside each cell. This structure enables higher efficiency and better stability compared to conventional P-type cell technologies.

Half-cut 156 cell layout with 16 busbars: The module uses 156 half cells arranged in a 26 by 6 grid for improved performance. Reduced current per cell string and multiple busbars lower resistive losses and enhance reliability over time.

This is the first stage of my three planned purches. I got the eg4 inverter 6000 XP base kit with six 400 watt panels and the two server rack batteries. Did a little online research and followed the instructions and it got set up without any issues. Right now I'm just running it in my garage on a single outlet and have been running dual 750 watt water distillers with it. Once I get the second inverter and a bunch more panels and batteries, I plan on attaching it to my subpanel in my house that has my lights and outlets and appliances on it. Then I'll get a soft start for my AC and blower and run it on my main panel.
