The CW Enerji CWT635-156TN10 635W N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline solar panel delivers very high power density for commercial and utility projects. This high conversion module uses advanced n-type TOPCon cell technology and a monocrystalline half-cell layout to maximise yield from every square metre of roof or ground area. With a maximum power output of 635 Wp and module efficiency up to 22.72%, this panel supports space constrained projects that require strong performance. The CWT635-156TN10 solar panel is engineered for long term reliability with a 12 year product warranty and a 30 year linear performance warranty. Power output is warranted at 94.6% after 12 years and 87.4% after 30 years, giving confidence in lifetime energy production. Durable glass with anti reflection coating improves light capture while supporting self cleaning properties. This CW Enerji panel is suitable for large rooftop systems, ground mount arrays and high yield industrial installations.

The CW Enerji CWT635-156TN10 solar panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity using high efficiency n-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells. Each of the 156 half cells is manufactured from premium silicon and engineered to reduce recombination losses, which improves energy conversion. When sunlight reaches the anti reflection coated glass, more light passes into the cells rather than bouncing away. The cells generate an electric current that flows through finely optimised busbars and low resistance connections. This current is collected in the junction box and sent through DC cabling to a compatible inverter. The inverter then converts the DC power into AC electricity that can be used on site or exported to the grid. With its 1500 V maximum system voltage, the CWT635-156TN10 panel fits easily into modern high string voltage array designs for lower balance of system costs and reduced installation labour.
N-Type TOPCon cell structure: The n-type TOPCon architecture uses a tunnelling oxide and passivated contact layer to reduce charge losses. This structure supports higher open circuit voltage and improved temperature behaviour compared to conventional p-type cells.
Half-cell layout with 16 busbars: The 156 half cells use multiple fine busbars to shorten current paths and cut resistive losses. This design increases shade tolerance and helps maintain output when parts of the module face partial shading in real roof conditions.
Self-cleaning, anti-reflection glass: The front glass features an anti reflection coating that boosts light transmission while supporting self cleaning behaviour. Rainwater can wash away dust more easily, which helps keep the active surface clear and sustains yield between maintenance cycles.
