This Ecobel 430 Wp Standard-Serie white solar panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity using N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline half cut cells arranged in a 108 cell matrix. Incoming light passes through the 3.2 mm tempered glass with anti reflection coating, which minimizes surface reflection losses and directs more photons into the silicon cells. Inside each N-type cell, charge carriers are separated efficiently by the TOPCon structure, which reduces recombination losses and improves conversion efficiency compared with standard cell designs. The half cut layout reduces resistive losses in the cell strings and cuts the impact of partial shading, especially on complex roofs. Generated DC power is carried through low resistance busbars to the junction box, where three integrated bypass diodes help protect shaded cell strings and limit hot spots. From there, MC4 compatible connectors route the DC output to the string inverter or hybrid inverter, where it is converted into AC electricity for household loads or export to the grid. The 1500 V system voltage rating allows longer strings, which can reduce cabling costs and improve inverter utilization in modern installations.
N-Type TOPCon cell conversion: N-type TOPCon cells use a passivated contact structure on the rear side that reduces carrier recombination and improves voltage at maximum power.
