A durable anodized aluminium frame, EVA encapsulation, and TPT backsheet help protect the module in harsh outdoor environments. High transmittance tempered glass with anti reflection properties improves light capture and maximizes yield over the life of the panel. The GSPV-325W operates efficiently across a wide temperature range and is suitable for solar home systems, rooftop arrays, and ground mounted solar power plants. The GSPV-325W solar panel converts sunlight into usable direct current electricity through high efficiency monocrystalline cells. Each of the 72 cells is formed from quality silicon material designed for stable electrical characteristics and long term reliability. When the panel is exposed to sunlight, photons strike the cell surface and generate an electric field that drives current through the internal circuit. This current is routed through the junction box and MC4 compatible connectors to your solar inverter, charge controller, or DC load. The module’s tempered glass, EVA encapsulation, and TPT backsheet protect the cells from moisture, dust, and mechanical stress so power production remains consistent over decades. The panel operates effectively under standard test conditions and continues to generate energy in high temperature, low irradiance, and cloudy weather situations.
Photovoltaic energy conversion: Sunlight hits the monocrystalline silicon cells and releases electrons inside the cell structure. An internal electric field created by the cell junction directs these electrons, producing direct current power at the module’s output terminals.
Module protection and durability layers: A 3.2 mm tempered glass front with anti reflection coating increases light transmission while shielding cells from impact and weather. EVA encapsulant and a TPT back cover seal the cells, reduce moisture ingress, and help maintain electrical insulation and safety over the system lifetime.
System integration and operation: The panel connects to the array wiring through MC4 connectors and 4 mm² solar cable. Its 1000 V DC maximum system voltage allows flexible string design with multiple modules in series, feeding inverters or charge controllers that convert the DC power into usable AC electricity or stored battery energy.
