This Heckert Solar 375 monocrystalline module converts sunlight into usable electrical energy through high quality silicon solar cells. Each of the 120 half cut monocrystalline cells generates direct current when photons strike the semiconductor junction. The cells are wired in an optimized series and parallel layout to deliver a maximum power output of 375 Wp under standard test conditions. An integrated junction box with three bypass diodes manages current flow and helps reduce the impact of partial shading on the array. The generated DC power is routed through MC4 connectors and 4 mm² solar cables to the system inverter. The inverter then transforms the DC electricity into grid compatible alternating current for homes or businesses. Thermal and electrical characteristics are engineered to remain stable at typical operating temperatures around 42 °C, which helps maintain generation efficiency throughout the year.
Monocrystalline half cell conversion: High grade monocrystalline silicon cells absorb sunlight and create an electric field at the p n junction. The half cut layout reduces electrical losses and improves shade tolerance, which supports higher yield in real world conditions.
Power optimization and current flow: The module operates at a Vmpp of 35.6 V and an Impp of 10.58 A to deliver up to 375 Wp. Bypass diodes inside the IP68 junction box limit hotspot risk and allow current to route around shaded cell strings to protect the module.
Thermal management and stability: Temperature coefficients of −0.343 percent per °C for Pmax and −0.263 percent per °C for Voc control performance at higher cell temperatures. A coefficient of 0.033 percent per °C for Isc supports stable current as operating temperature rises, which improves annual energy yield.
