How It Works
This monocrystalline PERC solar panel converts sunlight into direct current power using high efficiency silicon cells. Each of the 144 cells is wired in a precise configuration to deliver a maximum power of 535 watts. Under standard test conditions, the module operates at a voltage of 41.55 volts and a current of 12.88 amperes at its power peak. The front glass with anti reflection coating improves light transmission and helps raise real world energy yield. Electrical energy exits through durable cables and an IP68 rated junction box with integrated bypass diodes. These diodes reduce energy loss during partial shading events across the array. When connected to a compatible inverter, the direct current from the panel is converted into alternating current for site loads or export. Because the panel works from minus 40 degrees to 85 degrees Celsius, performance is maintained in a wide range of climates. Temperature coefficients are carefully controlled so that losses with heat remain relatively low during hot seasons.
Light capture and conversion: Sunlight strikes the tempered glass and anti reflection coating, then passes into the monocrystalline PERC cells. Photons excite electrons in the silicon, creating direct current electricity across each cell and the combined module circuit.
Optimised electrical output: At maximum power, the module delivers 41.55 V and 12.88 A for stable 535 Wp output. Bypass diodes in the junction box help protect cells and limit power loss if parts of the panel become shaded during operation.
