This monocrystalline PERC solar panel converts sunlight into clean direct current electricity using high efficiency silicon cells. When sunlight reaches the 144 half cut cells, photons are absorbed and release electrical charges within the silicon structure. These charges move through the cell layers and form an electric current, which is collected by the panel’s busbars and output cables. The anti reflection tempered glass and encapsulation layers are engineered to let more light into the cells while protecting them from weather. Generated DC power then flows through the junction box, where bypass diodes help maintain energy production when partial shading occurs. The power is routed to inverters or charge controllers, which convert the DC electricity into usable AC power or controlled DC for batteries. Over its long operating life, the panel is designed to maintain stable energy output due to low degradation rates, carefully matched materials and strict quality control during manufacturing.
