How It Works
The HY490-N120BDD converts sunlight into electrical energy through monocrystalline N-Type TOPCon cells. The 120 half-cell format helps reduce internal resistance and connection loss. This improves current flow and supports higher output under real-world operating conditions. Because the module is bifacial, it can also absorb reflected light from behind the panel. That additional light can increase total energy harvest in suitable installations. The panel is designed to operate across a wide temperature range and maintain stable output in demanding climates. Its low temperature coefficients help reduce performance loss when module temperatures rise. The durable frame, thick glass, and IP68 junction box help protect the module over many years of service.
Half-cell electrical design: The 120 half-cell layout lowers resistive loss inside the module. It also improves current handling and supports more stable performance.
Bifacial light capture: The rear side can absorb reflected irradiance from the installation surface. This can raise total production in bright environments.
