The Mana Energy Pak MEP585-T144-GG 585W solar panel works by converting sunlight into direct current electricity through high efficiency N-type TOPCon cells. Incoming light passes through the anti reflection glass and strikes the 144 monocrystalline half cells, where photons free electrons inside the semiconductor material. These electrons are driven by the internal electric field and collected as usable electrical current. The panel provides a maximum power point of 585 Wp at around 42.75 volts and 13.7 amperes under standard conditions. When wired into a string, several modules feed DC power to an inverter, which converts it to AC power for on grid or local use. Because this module is bifacial, its rear side can also capture reflected and diffuse light from the environment. This rear side generation increases total energy yield, especially when bright surfaces or elevated mounting structures are used. Integrated junction box connections carry the produced current safely to the system wiring while maintaining reliable weather sealing.
N-type TOPCon cell architecture: N-type TOPCon cells use advanced passivated contacts that reduce electrical losses inside the cell. This design improves efficiency and limits light induced degradation compared with conventional P-type cells. Enhanced temperature coefficients keep more power available when module temperature rises during strong sun.
Bifacial light capture: The bifacial structure allows both front and rear surfaces to act as generators when exposed to light.
