How It Works

The Navitas Solar NS 270 panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity using 60 interconnected multicrystalline cells. Each cell generates a small current when exposed to light, and the series connection produces higher voltage at the module level. Under standard test conditions, the panel delivers 270 Wp at a voltage of 31.3 V and current of 8.63 A. When installed, multiple modules are wired into strings to achieve the voltage window required by the chosen inverter. The inverter then converts the DC power into AC electricity suitable for on site loads or export to the grid. An anti reflection coated glass surface helps more light reach the cells, improving performance in low and high irradiance conditions. Temperature characteristics are optimized so that power loss with rising heat stays limited, which is important in warm regions. Over the system life, degradation is managed through quality materials and a linear performance warranty, helping secure predictable kWh generation.
