This module converts sunlight into usable electrical energy through high efficiency monocrystalline PERC cells connected in a carefully engineered circuit. Each of the 132 half cut cells is manufactured from premium silicon designed for stable long term performance. When light reaches the cell surface, photons are absorbed and release electrons, creating direct current electricity. The PERC structure uses a passivated rear surface that reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell, increasing energy capture. The internal wiring and cell layout are optimised to limit resistive losses, supporting the module’s 650 Wp rating under standard test conditions. Generated current is collected through the junction box and then routed to the external DC cabling, which connects to compatible inverters or charge controllers. Once inverted to alternating current, the electricity can power loads or be fed into an electrical grid under net metering or power purchase arrangements. Across its lifetime, the panel maintains energy production with a controlled degradation rate of approximately 0.57% per year, supporting predictable yields.
PERC monocrystalline cell conversion: Monocrystalline cells offer a uniform silicon structure that supports higher carrier mobility and efficiency. The PERC rear surface treatment reduces electron recombination and reflects unused light, helping the module achieve high power and efficiency ratings across the series.
Half cut cell and string configuration: The 132 cells are half cut to reduce current per cell, which lowers resistive loss and improves thermal behaviour.
