How It Works
This Rixing Electronics QJM445-144H(9BB) solar panel converts sunlight into usable electricity through advanced monocrystalline PERC cells. When sunlight reaches the cell surface, photons are absorbed and release electrons inside the silicon structure. These electrons are guided by the panel’s nine busbar grid, creating a direct current electrical flow. The half cell configuration divides the module into two sections, reducing current in each path and limiting resistive losses. This structure helps sustain higher output, especially when part of the panel is shaded. The generated direct current is routed through junction box connections to the system wiring. A compatible inverter then converts the direct current into alternating current for building loads or grid export. Throughout this process, tempered glass protection, encapsulant layers, and a durable backsheet maintain electrical insulation and environmental resistance for the module.
Monocrystalline PERC Energy Conversion: High quality mono PERC cells capture sunlight efficiently and convert it into direct current electricity. A passivated rear surface reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell, increasing energy harvest.
Half-Cell and 9BB Current Management: The 144 half cell arrangement reduces current in each cell string, lowering resistive losses and heat. Nine busbars on each cell shorten current paths, supporting better output under real site conditions.
