This high efficiency N-type TOPCon bifacial module converts sunlight into DC electricity using advanced monocrystalline cells. When light strikes the anti reflection coated tempered glass, more photons reach the 132 N-type cells, increasing current generation. Electricity flows through the cell strings and is collected inside the IP68 rated junction box, then carried out via MC4 connectors. The module is optimized for operation around 45 degrees Celsius with controlled temperature coefficients for power, voltage, and current. It is designed for 1500 volt systems, so long strings can be created to reduce balance of system costs. In bifacial applications, the rear side captures reflected light from bright surfaces, delivering higher total energy over each day. Over time, the low degradation rate ensures that most of the initial power output is retained, supporting predictable system performance.
Front side power generation: Sunlight enters through the 2.0 mm tempered glass with anti reflection coating, which improves light transmission and reduces surface losses. The monocrystalline N-type TOPCon cells then convert this light into electrical current with typical efficiency above 22 percent. That current is combined at the module level to deliver up to 685 watts at standard test conditions.
Bifacial rear side contribution: When the module is mounted above light colored roofs, concrete, or reflective ground, the rear side receives additional irradiance. This extra light is converted into additional power, raising the effective yield per module beyond the front rated output. System designers can optimize tilt angle, height, and row spacing to maximize the bifacial gain for each project.
Electrical behavior in the array: At maximum power, the module operates around 39.8 volts and 17.98 amperes under standard conditions. Open circuit voltage reaches 47.7 volts, while short circuit current is approximately 18.21 amperes. These parameters allow long series strings up to 1500 volts, helping reduce cable runs and string combiner requirements.
Thermal and environmental stability: The module is rated for operation between minus 40 and 85 degrees Celsius to support diverse climates. Temperature coefficients of minus 0.29 percent per degree for power and minus 0.25 percent per degree for voltage limit performance losses in heat. A positive coefficient for current helps partially offset power loss under higher operating temperatures.
