How It Works
The Shine Solar SN-MH330W solar panel converts sunlight into usable electrical energy through high efficiency monocrystalline cells. When light reaches the cell surface, photons are absorbed and generate an electric current. This current is carried through the panel wiring to the junction box at the rear. From there, cables connect the module to a charge controller, battery bank, or inverter. The controller manages charging for batteries in off grid systems. In grid tie setups, the inverter converts DC power into AC power for household loads. The flexible construction allows the panel to follow mounting surfaces while still capturing solar energy. ETFE encapsulation and the TPT back cover protect the cells and conductors from environmental stress. This structure supports stable performance during daily outdoor operation.
Monocrystalline cell energy conversion: Sunlight strikes the monocrystalline cells and dislodges electrons inside the silicon structure. This creates a direct current which flows through the internal busbars and cables toward the junction box.
Flexible layer stack with ETFE and TPT: The cells are encapsulated in an ETFE front layer and a TPT back sheet. These layers seal the module, provide flexibility, and help protect against moisture, dust, and mechanical stress during use.
Power routing through IP67 junction box: The produced DC power exits through an IP67 rated junction box on the back. Cables from this box connect to downstream charge controllers or inverters which condition the power for batteries and AC loads.
