How It Works
The Shine Solar SN-MH360W flexible monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into usable direct current power. High efficiency monocrystalline cells are arranged in series strings to reach the rated 33 V operating voltage. When sunlight hits the ETFE surface, it passes through to the cells, where photons release electrical charge carriers. These carriers are directed by the cell structure to produce current, which exits through the panel leads. At maximum power point, the module delivers around 10.91 A, which is managed by a charge controller or inverter. The system electronics then regulate voltage and current according to battery or grid requirements. Protection features in the junction box maintain safe operation in outdoor and mobile environments. This process is repeated constantly during daylight hours to support loads or charge storage devices.
Monocrystalline cell energy conversion: Each monocrystalline cell uses a single crystal structure to promote efficient charge movement. When light is absorbed, the cell generates a voltage, and connecting many cells in series raises the overall output.
