How It Works
This Sirius PV monocrystalline bifacial solar panel converts sunlight into clean DC electricity through high efficiency PERC half‑cells and a bifacial glass construction. When sunlight hits the front surface, photons are absorbed by the 182 mm mono PERC cells and converted into electrical current that flows through multi‑busbar conductors. At the same time, the rear side of the module can capture reflected and diffuse light from the ground or surrounding surfaces, increasing total energy harvest over the day. Carefully engineered electrical characteristics, including a maximum power voltage near 31 V and current around 13.21 A, allow the panel to integrate smoothly into modern string inverters for residential and commercial arrays. Thermal behavior is controlled by low temperature coefficients, helping the panel maintain output on hot roofs and open fields. The module then feeds DC power into inverters, where it is transformed into usable AC power for on site loads or export to the grid.
PERC monocrystalline half‑cell conversion: The panel uses high quality monocrystalline PERC cells cut into half‑cells to reduce internal resistive losses and improve shade tolerance. Each 182 × 91 mm cell absorbs incoming light and releases electrons, which are collected by multiple thin busbars for efficient current flow and lower mismatch losses across the module.
Bifacial rear side energy capture: In addition to the front surface, the rear side of the module is designed to harvest reflected and diffuse light, increasing total energy production over the year.
