The Solen Tad 665-132M 665W bifacial monocrystalline solar panel delivers high power density for large rooftops and ground mounted systems. Its advanced PERC cell technology and bifacial design help increase yield from both direct light and reflected radiation. With panel efficiency reaching up to 21.4 percent, more energy can be generated from every square meter of available space. A robust anodized aluminium frame and tempered glass front add long term durability in demanding outdoor conditions. The module is engineered for modern 1500 volt systems and supports flexible string designs. It is well suited for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and utility scale solar projects where reliable output and strong warranties are important. Long term performance is supported by a 10 year product warranty and a linear power warranty extending to 25 years.
High power output for fewer modules: The 665 watt nominal output allows arrays to reach target capacity with fewer panels. This can reduce mounting hardware, cabling runs, and installation time on site.
Excellent module efficiency: Panel efficiency up to 21.4 percent maximizes usable energy from limited roof or land areas. Higher efficiency supports more compact system layouts in space constrained projects.
Bifacial PERC technology for enhanced yield: Bifacial PERC cells can harvest light from the front and from reflected light on the rear side. This design can improve energy generation in high albedo environments such as light roofs or ground coverings.

Robust design for demanding climates: The module operates between minus 40 and plus 85 degrees Celsius to suit varied climates. An IP68 junction box, MC4 connectors, and 2 millimeter tempered glass improve resistance to moisture and environmental stress.
Flexible system design and integration: A maximum system voltage of 1500 volts supports longer strings and lower balance of system costs. The 35 amp series fuse rating and standard 4 square millimeter cables simplify integration with a wide range of inverters.
Incoming sunlight hits the monocrystalline PERC cells on the front surface and is converted into direct current electricity. Additional light is captured by the rear side of the bifacial module when it reflects from the ground or surrounding surfaces. The generated current flows through the cell strings to the IP68 junction box, where MC4 connectors link the panel into the wider array. Under standard test conditions, the module delivers 665 watts at a maximum power voltage of 38.28 volts and a current of 17.37 amps. Open circuit voltage reaches 46.24 volts, while short circuit current is 18.78 amps. Temperature coefficients carefully describe how power and voltage respond as operating temperature changes. The module then feeds power into a compatible string inverter or central inverter, which converts the direct current into grid ready alternating current for on site use or export.
Monocrystalline PERC energy conversion: The module uses 210 by 105 millimeter monocrystalline cells with PERC structure to enhance light absorption. Passivated rear contacts improve carrier collection, which supports the high module efficiency of up to 21.4 percent under standard conditions.
Bifacial light capture and current flow: Light striking both sides of the panel creates electron flow across the 132 half cells. The half cut layout helps reduce resistive losses and can improve shade tolerance compared to full cell designs.
Thermal behavior and real world output: The power temperature coefficient of minus 0.373 percent per degree Celsius limits losses in hot environments. Coefficients of minus 0.307 percent for open circuit voltage and plus 0.050 percent for short circuit current describe how electrical values shift as the cells heat up or cool down.
