How It Works
This Solenso HJT bifacial solar panel converts sunlight into direct current electricity using high efficiency heterojunction cells. Each 166 by 83 millimeter cell combines crystalline silicon with thin amorphous layers, which increases carrier collection and reduces losses. The module uses 120 half cut cells wired in a layout that reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance. Front side irradiance and rear reflected light both contribute to power generation when the panel is mounted over bright or reflective surfaces. The module operates at a maximum power voltage of about 37.7 volts and current around 10.22 amps under standard test conditions. Generated DC power is routed through the IP67 junction box and MC4 connectors to the string wiring and inverter. The inverter then converts the DC power to usable AC electricity for on site loads or export to the grid. A low operating temperature coefficient helps the panel maintain strong output as cell temperatures rise in direct sun.
Heterojunction half-cut cell design: The 120 half cut HJT cells use a layered junction structure that captures more photons and reduces recombination losses. Cutting the cells halves the current in each path, which lowers resistance and enhances efficiency and reliability.
Bifacial power generation: The transparent glass backsheet allows light to reach the rear cell surfaces, so the panel can generate energy from both sides. When installed above bright roofing, concrete, or ground coverings, this rear side contribution can significantly raise total output.
Optimized thermal and electrical behavior: A nominal operating cell temperature of about 44 degrees Celsius supports stable operation in varied climates. Carefully matched Voc, Isc, and current ratings align with common string inverter windows, which helps maintain strong performance across a wide irradiance range.
