This Solenso NRJ-W120SS 390W bifacial HJT monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity through high efficiency silicon cells. Each 166 by 83 millimeter cell combines crystalline silicon with thin amorphous silicon layers to reduce losses and enhance voltage. The cells are arranged in a 120 half cut layout to lower resistive losses and improve shade tolerance. When sunlight hits the front glass, photons energize electrons within the cells and create an electric current that flows through the busbars and output cables. At the same time, the bifacial rear side captures reflected light from the ground or roof surface, adding extra energy production. The generated DC power is then sent to a compatible inverter, which converts it into AC electricity for homes, businesses, or export to the grid.
HJT bifacial cell structure: Heterojunction technology combines crystalline wafers with thin amorphous silicon layers on both sides of the cell. This structure reduces recombination losses and helps maintain higher voltages under real operating conditions. Because both sides are active, the panel can harvest energy from direct and reflected light.
Half-cut 120 cell configuration: The module uses 120 half cut cells instead of 60 full size cells to lower current in each string.
