This high output solar panel delivers up to 590 watts of power with panel efficiency of 20.85 percent under standard test conditions. Its PERC half cell design and 210 by 105 millimeter monocrystalline cells help maximize energy generation in limited roof or ground space. The 120 half cell layout improves shade tolerance and lowers resistive losses across the module surface. A durable anodized aluminum frame and 3.2 millimeter tempered glass with anti reflection coating protect the module in harsh outdoor environments. The panel operates reliably from minus 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for a wide range of climates. With a maximum system voltage of up to 1500 volts and a robust IP68 junction box, this module integrates easily into modern string and central inverter systems. Designed and manufactured by Jinhua SunMaster Company Limited in China, this solar panel provides a powerful balance of efficiency, reliability, and long term energy yield for grid tied systems.

This SunMaster 590W solar panel converts sunlight into direct current electricity using high efficiency monocrystalline PERC cells. When sunlight reaches the 210 by 105 millimeter silicon cells, photons transfer energy to electrons in the cell material. These energized electrons are guided by the cell’s internal electric field to create a usable electric current. The 120 half cell configuration divides the panel into top and bottom sections, which lowers internal resistance and improves shade tolerance along the module surface. Anti reflection coated tempered glass increases light transmission into the cells, which helps boost daily energy harvest. The generated direct current flows through the module busbars and out through MC4 compatible connectors to the system wiring. A grid tied inverter then converts this direct current into alternating current that can be used by onsite loads or exported to the grid. All of these stages operate silently in the background once the panel is installed on a suitable mounting structure.
Monocrystalline PERC cell conversion: Each monocrystalline PERC cell uses a high purity silicon wafer to absorb incoming sunlight efficiently. The passivated rear surface reflects unused light back through the cell, increasing the chance of photon absorption and energy conversion.
Half cell and multi busbar current collection: The panel splits the traditional full cell into two half cells, which reduces the current in each cell string and lowers resistive losses. Multiple fine busbars across each cell shorten the path for electron collection and help maintain strong power output even as the module ages.
System integration with inverters: The direct current from several panels is combined into strings matched to the input range of a compatible inverter. The inverter tracks the maximum power point of each string, then converts the energy into alternating current for use in buildings or export under net metering rules.
