The NRJ-W120SS bifacial HJT solar module converts sunlight into electricity using advanced heterojunction cell architecture. Each panel uses 120 half cut cells that reduce resistance losses and improve shade tolerance. When sunlight hits the front glass, photons are absorbed by the high efficiency HJT cells and transformed into direct current electricity. At the same time, the bifacial design captures reflected light from the rear side, increasing total energy harvest across the day. The generated DC power flows through the junction box and MC4 compatible connectors into your string wiring. From there, an inverter converts the DC energy into AC power that can be used by homes or businesses. When installed on reflective surfaces or elevated structures, this bifacial panel design can improve yield compared with standard monofacial modules. The low temperature coefficient and strong low light behavior help maintain steady power generation across changing seasons and weather patterns.
Heterojunction HJT cell conversion: The NRJ-W120SS uses heterojunction technology that combines crystalline silicon with thin amorphous layers. This structure reduces recombination losses and supports high open circuit voltage and strong efficiency. As sunlight enters the 2.0 mm anti reflective front glass, more photons reach the active layers for improved power output.
Bifacial rear side generation: The module back side uses 2.0 mm white ceramic patterned PV glass that lets rear side light reach the cells. With bifaciality rated at 90 ±5%, a large part of reflected irradiation is converted into additional energy. This mechanism is especially effective over bright ground, light rooftops and snowy surfaces.
Half cut cell and Super MBB current collection: The 120 half cut cell layout shortens current paths and lowers resistive losses inside the panel. Super multi busbar design improves current collection and reduces the impact of minor microcracks. Together, these technologies support higher module power and better reliability over the service life.
System integration and energy delivery: The module connects via 4 mm² output cables and MC4 compatible connectors for fast integration. A maximum system voltage of 1500V allows long strings on commercial and utility rooftops when permitted by design. Once wired to a matched inverter, energy can feed on site loads or export to the grid under local regulations.
